"My husband & I had prepared ourselves to be without any hot water for several days. We were pleasantly surprised that Scott contacted us right away & was at our house within 2 hours to replace our water heater. He was very professional, courteous & had the new water heater replaced within 3 hours. Drained & removed the old heater from our attic & after the new heater was installed, he hung around for 15/20 mins to make sure that we had hot water & to check for leaks. Excellent, excellent job. Needless to say, we were very happy to not have to have cold showers. Would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber."

"Tony was great. Another contractor had installed the shower, and after a month, the cold water pressure suddenly dropped to a trickle. It's a Gabrylly shower, and seems well-made, but very few people have seen them before. Tony suspected that some debris had gotten into the cartridge. He suggested that I get in touch with the manufacturer, and call him back when I got a replacement cartridge. Gabrylly responded right away with the replacement, and it seemed easy enough (after watching Tony), so I replaced it myself, but it made no difference. Tony came back, and after further investigation, determined that the installer had not opened the cold water valve all the way. He refused to charge me for the second visit, even though it was in no way his fault that he didn't check the valves the first time. The cartridge seemed more consistent with a change in pressure, and the contractor had caulked the face plate to the tile, so it was not an easy matter to check the valves. My only regret is that I didn't hire him for the remodel in the first place."

"Jim and Brandy were great. Jim made several emergency trips to our house to stop leaks during the remodel. They did all the work promised on or ahead of schedule. They replaced two leaking water heaters in the attic in spite of oppressive heat. We could not be happier with the work provided by Jim. We will be using him for the rest of our remodel instead of plumber suggested by contractor. He was professional in every way and gave us a very fair price.

"EXCELLENT! At 9 am this morning, my son walked in and said, "Mom, the tub faucet broke off!" And it did - the faucet had broken clean through and water was pouring out of the broken faucet into the tub. I looked for the shutoff but couldn't find it, so I was looking at a $500 water bill if I didn't get help quick. I called my regular plumber and explained the problem and they said they could get someone over here in two days ... So I called Divine Way and the owner, Mr. Devin Jones, and a helper were here in less than 30 minutes, had everything repaired and back in place and the water back on with a couple of hours. And for a very reasonable charge. $ 450 to shut off water, completely remove and replace old faucet including related handles and so forth, and roto rooter the drain since it had been running slow and might as well get it fixed while they're here. Looks like I have a new regular plumber. Thanks, Divine Way!"
