"I called in and requested service for a dead air conditioner.  Service was great, however I felt I was gouged on the price of the capacitor.   Invoice cost to me for the capacitor was $176.00, which I thought was excessive.  I chose not to engage the technician, believing the price was not his area of responsibility.  I looked up the part on the Internet, found several replacement parts available from $7 to $50.   I chose a sample from Airstar Solutions, $24.50, part number 97F9043, printed out the information and took it to the company office on 9/16/14.   I presented myself to the counter helper, asked for  a review of my invoice, as I felt there must be some mistake....a 700% markup, must be wrong.    I was assured that the price and the markup was the correct amount....I asked for the owner at that point.   I was informed the owner was not in, the counter person indicated she would pass on my request for a call back from the owner.   One week later, and I have not heard from the owner, but my check has been cashed.
I will not do business with this company again.

Jim first of all troubleshooted for possible virus

Ended up taking laptop to test further

He then reinstalled Windows complete with updates, backed up computer and restored.

Laptop now working fine

The water was not reaching the cooler, and it was very, very hot in my home, and my backup, room-sized AC units didn't even phase the 100+ temps outside. They kindly scheduled me on the Friday just prior to the Memorial Day Weekend, since I called them on Thursday. I wasn't expecting that they could fit me in for the next day, but they did.
