"I cannot recommend Winters Plumbing enough. We are new home owners and had frozen pipes. While we debated letting things thaw naturally, I decided to call a plumber. Winters was my second call at 6:30 on a Monday evening, and I had a call less than 30 minutes later that a plumber was on the way! Tabor was friendly and a straight shooter. He was quickly able to ID the problem and give us a range of options to fix it - even when one was to let us try to fix it ourselves. I'm so glad we didn't go with that option because he was able to get us water back. He also identified that our water softener was damaged and saved us potentially thousands of dollars of damage. I appreciated how he wasn't just reactive to our situation, but proactive in suggesting solutions that will help our home long term. I am so glad I called Winters Plumbing!"

"Got a service call deal for $34 and had them scheduled to come out and give an estimate to have a gas line extended to our laundry room for the dryer. The estimate ended up being much higher than we anticipated and we wanted to get a second estimate. We also asked if he could hook up our washer water supply, and he was unable to do so and recommended we re-run the pipes and valves as they were too old. We had another plumber coming out the next day from a previous work order, and asked for the estimate - it was half the price of Hope's, and he was able to attach the water connections with no problem. Felt like Hope plumber was just trying to invent work to get paid for."

"Didn't take any time to fix the leak and he explained what to do if it should happen again.  The toilet, of course, didn't make the noise while he was there.  But, he also explained a few things it could be and put our mind at ease that the pipes were probably alright.  Also, suggested not to put too much money into fixing it because we would be money ahead to replace the whole toilet.  I appreciate his honesty and his knowledge.

The original gas piping to the water heater was rigidly supported with a sediment trap (dirt leg) at the water heater. The new piping to the water heater was changed to flexible gas piping, not supported and does not have a sediment trap or dirt leg, which I thought was required by code.

"The only problem, and it was small, tiny problem. They was 15 minutes late to the appointed time to start. But that was due to the mis-spelling of the street name on the paperwork. The young men apologized and thanked me for my service in the military. I had my Navy Veteran hat on. They both shook my hand... That is always nice to hear and to appreciate. After showing the young men where the unit was. They helped me move the portable dog fence,so they had enough room to work and entrance to the furnace ( heat exchanger). They worked until about 12:30 and let me know that they needed more acetylene to continue to connect the new piping. And they would "grab something to eat" and would be right back. They was back within 30-40 minutes. That was fast to get everything and be back on the job. Normally I would think at least an hour to do all that. EXCELLENT!!! They continued for another 90 minutes or so. They then shown and explain all the work that was done. Showed all the new electical connections and piping. Making sure that I understand what to look for any leaks from the heat exchanger piping. After I was satisfied with work, equipment then they gave me the paperwork for the payment. By the time I wrote out the check they had the old unit, old exchanger loaded in their truck. They swept the area of the furnace. And they reposition the dog fence in the original spot. "Now how long does it take to write out a check?" They had everything done and running. Top Shelf Comfort heating-air conditioning -geothermal done an outstanding job.
