"Bryan came over to assess the project and he was very friendly and was also very knowledgable. He told me exactly what would be done and made sure to answer any questions I had. We set up a time for his tech to come complete the work. When the tech/plumber arrived the next morning he was also friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in about three hours (which included a brief run to the hardware store to buy parts) and made sure everything was perfect and with no leaks before leaving. In my opinion, one of the best things about this company is their desire to educate the pool owner. Both men that came to my house taught me several valuable things about keeping up my pool. As a new pool owner, I was so grateful for the tips and information. When I have something go wrong with my pool again, I will definitely be giving Norris Pools a call."

"I was referred to this wonderful husband and wife team (Trey and Tabitha) because my pool contractor took the money and ran. They really were a godsend and helped me get my pool usable and looking great. They were very patient and worked with me explaining everything about my pool equipment what to do what not to do. One weekend I cleaned out my pool filter and couldn t get it back together right. They came the next morning to help me get it put back together. They ve even kindly answered a few questions I ve had since they were finished and text me back right away.
