"It turned out fine. I would use this contractor again. This one in particular I was worried that my garage door was I don't know how to fix what seemed very squeaky and like maybe some bolts and I was worried that the spring might be about to break. Basically, the guy felt guilty because there's nothing wrong with it, it was just missing a size and bolt. But, he gave it a check up that it needed and the part that fault, he threw in and that was it. So, I will get an annual check-up with him and go from there. The guy is local. He is courteous. He was well-mannered, decently dressed. He made me feel very comfortable being alone in a single family home. I feel comfortable with people being preselected or verified through Angie's List."

"Freddie and JR did an excellent job on the project. They also took time to inspect the roof and are working up an estimate. Both Freddie and JR were very courteous and professional and I would highly recommend them if you’re looking for handyman service or roof replacement/repair."

My wife and I are very "picky" and not at all easy to please.  Marty did an outstanding job and we would hire him again in a heartbeat.  First off, he was very flexible in terms of scheduling the work.  When we had to postpone the work from the original agreed date, Marty was able to reschedule it with no problem.  He also arranged for us to be able to save 50 percent on the price of the paint required for the job.  Notwithstanding the long drive to get to our house, Marty arrived on time both days.  On the first day, he and his colleague started in immediately on the smaller but more challenging room (given that this room required removal of shelving and a large mirror from the wall prior to painting.  To our surprise, the removals went without a hitch, and the painting was soon underway.  The end product was excellent, with no traces of either the shelves/mirror mountings or the previous bright color on several of the walls.  Then they moved to the second, significantly larger room.  They were able to complete the painting of that room by the end of the first day, with the same excellent outcome.  On the second day, Marty returned by himself to tackle the job of removing wallpaper from one wall in a different room and then re-painting that wall to blend with the other wallpapered walls.  Once again, the outcome was excellent and clearly demonstrated that Marty is a real pro.  He finished in time to perform some touch-up on a wall in the kitchen that had been problematic for a long time.  He cleaned up everything after finishing work each day.  Marty has a great personality and is really easy to work with.  All in all, this was one of the most successful experiences we have ever had in hiring a contractor.  We would not hesitate to call on Marty again in the future if/when we have interior work to be done.

"Ferguson Home Improvements did a fantastic job.  All the work that needed to get done, was finished beyond my expectations.  The workers were very friendly.  The job took a little longer that expected, but Ferguson Home Improvements were not at fault, the weather played a major factor with the deck stain and door installation.  At the time the work was getting done, we received a lot of rain and storms.  All in all, I would highly recommend Ferguson Home Improvements.

Contacted All American painting & Home repair company based on Angie's list reviews. Mr. Wayland (Eddie) arrived, gave us an estimate, took his time explained everything he was going to do and how he was going to preform the necessary work that needed to be done. We had a few set backs based on the  weather as this was all exterior work. Paula(Eddie's wife) kept us informed , excellent communication, as to when he would be arriving and when he was not. Eddie and his assistance Orval are hard workers, very detailed, very professional. Windows look brand new.

This is a family owned business, that provide outstanding service, we have referred him to our neighbor, we would not hestitate to use this company in the future. Very pleased. They are located in Front Royal Virginia just to make sure you have the right company.

"Exceptional service!  We originally called Steve to ask if he could tell us if a certain wall was load bearing, as we'd never had to make that determination before, and didn't want to risk making a mistake if we took on the project ourselves.  He said he could, and we arranged a time for him to come to our house.  He was prompt, friendly, and professional, and he took a look at the wall (plus another one that we were also considering removing), and let us know that one was safe to remove, while the other wasn't.  We thanked him, and asked how much we owed him for his expert advice.  He said that we didn't owe him anything.  Since that was the only reason he'd come to our house, we were really amazed.  Out of curiosity, we asked him how much he would charge to take down the wall and get it ready for paint.  He said he'd put together a quote and let us know.  We heard back from him the same day with a quote of $1200, and said it would probably take a couple of days to complete the project.  We asked if he had a military discount, and he said he'd see what he could do.  We heard back from him very quickly, and he said he could give us a military rate of $1100.  We decided we were better off hiring him than doing the work ourselves, and made arrangements for him to come out in a week, when he had free space in his schedule.  However, a couple of days later, he called and said that upcoming rain had delayed another project, and he asked if we'd like him to come out earlier.  We said that would be great, and set up a time.  He arrived promptly on time, did the work quickly, kept our home as clean as possible during the project, and cleaned up after himself when he left.  He worked essentially 2 1/2 full days, then came back in the evening on a 3rd day to finish sanding after the mud on the drywall was dry.  His work and professionalism were exceptional.  We also asked him to take a look at an outdoor faucet, which he took apart and then explained which piece was broken and needed replaced.  He was willing to do the work, but explained how we could do it ourselves.  Because he didn't actually repair the faucet, he again refused to charge us for his advice.  The same was true for a couple of other issues in the house--he evaluated them, and told us how to fix them, then refused payment for the advice.  He was certainly willing to do the work; he just wasn't going to act like it was something that wasn't simple for us to do on our own.  We would absolutely hire him again.  He was prompt, honest, set a fair price, and did great work.  He was also an absolute pleasure to do business with.

"My wife and I recently had Falcone construction complete a bedroom addition on our newly purchased home in Virginia. When I met with potential contractors I found on Angi, they all had similar estimates but I finally decided on hiring Rocco Falcone based on his knowledge and honesty of what we wanted and what would be possible. He also worked with us on bringing the estimate down a little ,since I was willing to help with the flooring and painting . From the start, Rocco was very professional, providing a contract with supplies, blueprints and payments staged at various points of completion. After a few months my wife and I were getting a little impatient but Rocco was insistent on doing a thorough and quality job. He was responsive and friendly , answering my many questions about the contruction details along the way. My wife and I are extremely happy with the finished bedroom and would highly recommend Rocco Falcone to anyone considering a home construction project."
