I was so surprised, he laid a mat down in front of my door, put shoe coverings on before he came in AND, cleaned up any mess in my utility room. He was very communicative with me and explained everything so I could understand. Also, the price to fix the drain pump on my washer was very reasonable! I will definitely keep this company in my contacts! With that said, not just because of this problem, but others as well...I will never buy another front loader washer/dryer.
