"Needed dryer repair. Put in a request at 8:10pm Sunday and by 8:30AM Monday David called to discuss my request needs. I briefly told him what was going on with my Maytag dryer that was about 20yrs old. He offered to come in about 3-4 hrs that same day. Needless to say, I was impressed. He called and was almost an hour ahead of his original time frame. He came with parts he thought would be necessary. Had it fixed and job complete within an hour. He also offered great professional advice on other questions asked. I can truly say he's one of the best service people I have ever encountered. Highly recommend and would give 10 stars if possible. "My Service Rep, Randy was very professional, courteous and very clean. I was so surprised, he laid a mat down in front of my door, put shoe coverings on before he came in AND, cleaned up any mess in my utility room. He was very communicative with me and explained everything so I could understand. Also, the price to fix the drain pump on my washer was very reasonable! I will definitely keep this company in my contacts! With that said, not just because of this problem, but others as well...I will never buy another front loader washer/dryer. Give me the basic model any day instead of these new computerized smart machines!"
