Their pricing was less than I expected. They were very polite and communicative throughout the entire process. "Called the appliance repair number listed on Angie's List.  Call was returned within an hour saying Jerry would call back and set up an appointment for that afternoon.  Jerry did call back, showed up on time, and knew exactly what the problem was with the refrigerator.  Fortunately it was a fairly easy fix that involved melting some ice that had accumulated where it should not have been.  He was very careful to make sure that the kitchen didn't get all wet and that everything was cleaned up when he was finished.  He answered all my questions along the way.  He told me to call him directly the following morning if the refrigerator had not cooled back down as expected.  I did not have to as the repair fixed what was wrong."

"I am very pleased on the professionalism and thoroughness of the work done by Jarrod, the ABACUS representative. He provided a report of all of his findings along with an estimate for the cost of repairs. He was not pushy on getting any of the repairs done immediately as none of the items he found were urgent. He then flushed my water heater which is part of the annual service agreement. I paid nothing for the visit other than my annual service agreement which I had already paid."

"After our rebuild, there was sheetrock and granite dust all through the house. We looked on Angies for reputable cleaners... called a few and had Service Express come out. They gave us a thorough look and detailed estimate. We decided to do all the work as we knew there was a lot of dust everywhere. We could not be more pleased with Service Express! Mike and Jesse were prompt, professional, made photos and explained things and stuck with the job (onsite 10 hours). They pointed out things that led us to have our AC guys come out and fix (a goof on original install). Mike and Jesse went beyond the time they expected to be onsite but never let up. "As always, the team at All Star A/C & Heating Services here in Houston came through for us. Air went out in the downstairs unit at my kids home. It turned out to be a capacitor and the fix was only $269! We have been so happy with the honest and fabulous service that we’ve had with these guys for a decade now that we would never even consider calling someone else. We had been ripped off by other companies in the past who replaced entire units that were only a few years old rather than servicing just what was needed. All Star was founded by a couple of guys who got tired of working for dishonest companies that encouraged them to replace unnecessarily, and just wanted to do the right thing in their lives and work.
