For example, they really took the time to explain the importance of keeping the integrity of the wooden frame when I wanted to reinstall the head nails. <br /> I was impressed that Marina sent pictures of the chair in all stages of deconstruction and reconstruction.  They even called me back in to test the cushion and make sure I received the firmness that I wanted. The final product is gorgeous.   <br /> I brought in my own fabric for this project, but next time I may use their selection.  I have two more chairs that need work and my goal is to have them done in 2016; I will definitely contact A+ again soon. They are a trustworthy vendor and highly skilled; the project was finished sooner than they said it would be.
