"I was truly impressed at the beginning of the project. Jacob picked up the chair on a Sunday with a promise of 2-3 weeks. After that, I never heard from him. I had to make the follow up and he was never quite sure who I was or which piece of furniture was mine. The quality of the work was excellent. I have to say I was a little worried given the lack of follow up but will consider using Jacob again - just know now what to expect in follow up."

"Jacob is very busy most of the time, but he is worth waiting for. It took us a couple of meetings to decide what to do about our furniture that had been handled so badly by the movers. We started with the most difficult, our bed.
He restored a Bernhardt king size bed that had been trashed by our moving company. We were not sure he could make it look good again, but it is beautiful. He honored the discount that was being offered at that time. Were very pleased and are continuing refinishing our end tables which he just completed.. We still have a dining table and buffett that he is now working on and later a couple of more items. 
We are very happy with his work and would recommend him highly.
