"They were great!  I called and left a message.  Within just a few minutes, Tim called me back. I described what I wanted and sent him a picture of the chair.  He quickly saw the issues that might come up, asked some questions, gave me a quote, and told me to bring it in anytime.  When I did, Michael talked to me about the trim--he even whipped up an example on the sewing machine to show me how it would look so I could make some choices!   The chair was done in a week.  It looks wonderful!  I would use them again and recommend them to friends.  I only rated the price a B because it is expensive to do have this done, but the result was worth it!

"Ken's refinishing team, led by Donnie, did an excellent job on all four of these separate projects we had done by Memory Mender during 2016. The stripping projects were done in a complete manner, the distressing of the coffee table nicely matched a desired "look" based upon pictures we provided, and the "worm wood" coffee table involved a sub that Ken recommended for some needed professional saw cuts. We are pleased with the results and will use Memory Mender again."

"Now our shower floor re-glaze is failing, so ......Fortunately the company offers a five year guarantee. I don't look forward to having the fumes again, but that can't be helped. I have called and left a message with their answering service. Just a note.....we had a company come in to bid on replacing the tub & shower. They saw the failing shower pan re-glaze and commented that it was happening because it hadn't been cleaned and prepped properly, causing the failure. We hope that this won't keep happening. We've decided to try again rather than replacing. BTW....I didn't get to review the repair with all the changes in Angie's list, then a death in my family (our son) and an estate to handle which took a long time....so...............sorry about that...."
