"Derek of D Design Woodworking refinished a table top on my solid oak kitchen table. The table is over 40 years old and is in great condition except for the top surface. "Haynes' service is terrible. No one answers phones. I had to go in person to confront the manager to get their attention to effect repairs. The long-term service policy I purchased from them has equally poor service and follow-through. Don't purchase anything from Haynes that might need to be serviced or repaired. You will regret it."
