"Kyle and John from In Town Plumbing were great in their install of my RO filter system. Kyle, the lead on the job, was a good communicator and patiently answered all of my questions. They worked efficiently together and I could tell Kyle knew what he was doing, and they finished the job in no time. I took off one star (would have just taken off 1/2 star but that's not possible on Angi) because they were planning to install the drain line *after* the P-trap, instead of before it, which is just not the best practice. Fortunately I had researched this beforehand and read the RO system's manual (and they were happy to fulfill my request).
