I founded American Pioneer Construction in July 1993 to give my customers top quality design and installation in a timely manner and at a fair and competitive price. Our goal is to help you create your dreams.We are fully licensed in Westchester and Putnam counties in New York. We have a multi million dollar insurance policy which has never been used in 30 years. The reason is that cleanliness and safety are our top priorities. We are on site every day until the job is completed. We have massive experience in indoor and outdoor renovations for your home. Indoors includes kitchens, bathrooms, basements, doors, windows, moldings, additions, and custom cabinet and shelving units of any size. Also, outdoors we build decks, covered porches, walkways, patios, and fire pits. We have built over 300 Koi ponds that have been featured in international magazines and huge pond tours. "August 26 called JSP out to check on my xtrol pressure water tank because it was making a clicking noise that was coming from the power switch. Came out same day said the bladder ruptured would need a new tank. I agreed because the tank was 12 years old. Installed was a flex lite tank which he said was better. I'm a senior and a widow took his word for it. I paid $2172.66. It was not itemized. He gave me a $50 discount. He told me I would get water bursts for a while coming from faucets. Well he was right, however I lost pressure in my kitchen and bathroom faucets and the toilet was rumbling when filling and flushed. I called them out to check. He did not go under the sinks to clear the lines, instead he said it must be your faucets. He quoted me a price of $1303.48 for kitchen faucet if they picked it out fully installed or $756 if I bought the faucet myself. 3 strikes your out. Didnt fix problem. Found out I was over charged for flex tank $1200 instead."
