The project manager was an excellent communicator—knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and never pressured us to accept the offer. We’re extremely pleased with the quality of work on the first bathroom and are confident the second will turn out just as well. A tip for future clients: make sure you have all the necessary materials on hand. We did, and the team completed the bathroom ahead of schedule. The space is narrow, so the photo angles don’t do it justice, but I hope they still give a sense of the high-quality work delivered."

"Wayne and Vicki of Wayco Services originally came to my house to give me a bid. I was very impressed with the price and after getting a few more bids, I hired Wayco Services. They met me at Home Depot so I could buy the new shower stall and sink that I wanted (they came so we could be sure they would fit.) The following Friday they came to my house and started the projects. I was very pleased that the first thing they did was lay some heavy duty paper on the floor so the carpet would not get soiled. They immediately started tearing out the old shower and replacing it with the new one I had purchased. They then proceeded to replace the vanity sink. The following day they completed the shower install and started working on the replacement boards on the outside of the house as well as the new set of stairs for my back door. <br /> <br /> They did a terrific job on all the projects! They were very professional, very easy going and easy to talk to. They had some good ideas of their own which I hadn't thought of. I will definitely use them again!!"

We also build homes, decks, sheds and barns. We strive to complete the job in a timely and cost effective manner as well listening to our clients wants and needs. We have been in the construction business and owner-operated for 25+ years and have recently put a name to our business.

We are a small full service residential construction company. The bulk of our business comes from new homes but we do offer a wide range of remodeling and light commercial construction.
