What we saw was horrible. My whole entire line was completely busted out of the bottom. He was able to locate it, pin point where everything was and got me on the schedule for today to do the repair. This man was neat, very polite, and very professional. Stuck plastic up to make sure the dust is contained. "On 1st unit, techs added a lot of freon and cleared the blocked drain line from the blower. The continuous running on the the second unit has been a recurring problem that had been treated prior as thermostat problem. The problem has always returned after thermostat replacement. The AAA tech is the first to examine the blower thoroughly and discover a bad module as the problem. Hopefully, this will be a lasting fix."
