We were in a rush to have some cracks in between the bricks of our home repaired in preparation to complete the sale of our home. I was pleasantly surprised that the owner scheduled an estimate a few days later and even able to schedule to actual work just 3 days later. "In November of 2019 on Wednesday, before Thanksgiving the Wind Blew Off Rows of Shingles exposing my home to rain and snow. The Owner of C & H came to my home on Thanksgiving quoted me a very fair price. C & H Roofing Crew repaired my Roof on Friday just before a freezing rain snow storm was coming for the week. C & H Roof Repair Crew started in 7 AM and finished early afternoon. They brought their own equipment, reinforced other parts of the roof, and cleaned up the area as well. I was very satisfied as well as grateful ever since they did this job on a Holiday Weekend. I will always call C & H on any Home Project or Repair Emergencies. This Review was written well after Months of C & H Construction Finished the job and I have had High Winds again, but C & H Repairs are still holding up just as they promised. "The 3 Rivers Brick Pointing & Cleaning team was professional and did excellent work at my house from beginning to end! The in-person, email, text, and phone calls needed to estimate and set up the work were timely and responsive. Dorin, Jimmy, Gerad, and Lamar did excellent work cleaning and pointing my bricks. They were punctual, orderly, and respectful. I was impressed that they left the work areas so clean considering they were removing old debris and prepping/applying mortar. "On each chimney, Lee ground out any deteriorated mortar joints, re-pointed them with new mortar, replaced any spalling bricks, coated the concrete tops of the chimney's with CrownSeal chimney coating, and sealed the chimneys above the roof line with waterproof sealant. Lee also installed a chimney cap and ensured that the flashing was properly sealed. The quality of Lee's work was simply outstanding, and I highly recommend him."
