Jim spent at least 15 minutes with me on the phone answering many questions. His replies made sense out of all the many things and potential solutions I had researched on the internet. I was so impressed with Jim and his logical answers that I cancelled the appointment with the other company and hired Revival Energy. Ben arrived on time to do the energy audit and I couldn't be happier with him. His professionalism, knowledge, and attitude were truly exceptional! He answered all my many questions and directed me to resources where I can learn more. He found one major problem and did what he could immediately to remedy it with a quick fix with the limited material we had on hand until I could hire Revival Energy to do a complete repair (which is scheduled). "Update April 7, 2022 - Another flawless incident of excellent service. Part of our HVAC is an important electronic filtering system we bought 12 years ago when they installed our system. My wife experienced respiratory distress at the same time we noted a "green light" went out on the filter.
