"Jim is local.  It went great. Jim Ferrell is a professional of the highest caliber. Responded quickly, took care of my problems, and advised me as to better means of protection than I had. He came back a second time to uninstall software that I purchased that did not provide adequate protections and installed free software that would do the job.  He did the work through remote connection, but is available on site if necessary.
For those people needing help on getting red of malware, viruses , etc. on your computer,  Jim is local, better than all thse remote out of state location providers, is a mature, highly trained professional in this area.
If you go to local computer stores you get very young people that can do a basic job, but are no where near the professional level of Jim.
I highly recommend Jim to anyone that needs these type services.

"He came to the home to give an estimate. Was not pushy or insistent. Very thorough and honest. We decided to go with them. They were here on time and were extremely professional. Unit looks great and they even made the conduit /pipe match the house (white with the blocks and brick colored when it ran along the brick. Definitely recommend. I had four new lights installed and wired (three of them were brackets for ceiling fans) which included measuring and cutting the hole, wiring up the new sockets to switches, and installing the brackets/boxes. "The Liberty Air crew showed on time and began removing the old system and fabricating new duct work to fit the new system. They worked non stop for about 6.5 hours and had finished the preliminary installation of the new system. The following morning they returned and completed the outside work installing the new compressor unit and related plumbing/wiring. I was amazed by the size of the new unit, it was clearly larger than the one previously sitting on the pad. John had explained during the estimate, the the builder had installed a unit too small for the size of the home, which caused some of the problems. Liberty Air did a great job and I complemented them on their attention to details. Everything fits, the wiring is tucked away nicely and the system runs perfectly. And - I have a heated garage!"

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. When it was finally installed I had to pay an additional $850 for code upgrades. This I was not informed of by Home Shield. Then we noticed that there was water on the garage floor and found that the pipe coming in from the wall was leaking at the wall so had to call the plumbing company back out to fix it. They first tried to say it was not their fault but since there wasn't a leak before they installed they did fix it. I have used Home Shield a few times before and never had a problem. Some of the companies they use are not the best so you have to research them before you commit. I have found HS service to be good if you do your homework. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."

"The windows arrived on time but there was six windows that arrived with half screens , which are fine for opening the bottom half of the window but opening the upper the screen does not fit well to the window and bugs just come on in... was promised replacement FULL SIZED screens NEVER happened! March24,2020 we had the final windows installed but the kitchen window screen was torn before it was even off the truck...was again promised a quick replacement . I have called repeatedly about the screens to be promised again and again to have them soon... it’s now 4 months later and STILL no screens!!! We bought top of the line windows so they’d last a long time and do enjoy fresh air in the house often but can not open the Kitchen window because of the lack of the screen!! NOT HAPPY!!!"
