Other companies on the Internet claim to provide computer repair service via Internet access, but many of them are scammers (I have fallen prey to that myself, and my computer crashed as a result) but Jim is honest and trustworthy, so know that you don't have to worry about him taking advantage of you in any way. He will even take the time to teach you how to avoid scammers and other malicious things like viruses, which most computer technicians won't do. I recently purchased his monthly maintenance services. Every month he checks out my computer via the Internet and scans for anything malicious and looks at the overall function, and now I can rest easier knowing that Jim is watching over my computer's health. "It went very well. Choice Home Warranty dispatched an HVAC service provider to my house the next day. The problem turned out to be two rather expensive parts for my furnace that needed replacement. The HVAC provider had to get approval from Choice Home Warranty to purchase and replace the parts. The repairman told me that in his experience working with home warranty companies, there was a chance that either the company would deny the request or that approval would take many days.
