"I have been so psyched to say amazing things about Rob and his crew and I was trying to find the right words to say it, so for awhile, I held out on writing any reviews. In short, 3 floors of my house flooded and left unaddressed for a week and a half since we are homeowners who don't know a thing about mold growth. When I had a contractor come and look at the work, he made a comment about how Rob's crew did a great job. And having workmen in your house for over a week can be annoying af, but Rob was actually a fun guy to be around. He has a great personality and is super pleasant to work with, he gives you your space, and takes care of *everything,* including moving furniture (and putting it all back!) and the removal of the little dumpster you will probably need if moldy pieces of your house are going to be tossed in the trash. In my case, we learned there was a hole in the floor, so he and his guys took care of that too (pictured). I never wanted to have a flood that damaged walls, floors, and insulation, but it made me meet the 914Mold guys so it was worth it. They are just great to work with. You can't go wrong with these dudes."

Omar, explained the whole process, as well as identified cause and advised on preventive measures going forward. Brooke worked directly with our assessor and insurance and adjuster over the course of several months, keeping me updated throughout and making sure we got everything covered in the claim.
