The paint job and deck repairs are so sloppy I am embarrassed to admit I hired a professional. The job looks as if a amateur did it. I have emailed, texted and called to express my concerns but have not received a return phone call. I really want someone just to call me back, acknowledge my concerns and tell me what can be done. I have received at least 5 email notifications to remit payment immediately. I have no problem paying for the work. The quote was expensive but I expected to receive professional work for the steep price. The inital conversation was lovely and I felt confident I would receive excellent service. I imagine I will need to redo the same job next summer. I will also need to hire someone else to cut 3 fence posts. I was told they don't make equipment to cut fence post evenly. "
