"I've been a customer of Wooldridge for years and have never been disappointed. This time was no different. They are always timely, professional and thorough. Greg pointed out a small problem and was willing to wait while my husband ran to Ace Hardware to get what was needed so we could save money. We are very satisfied with the knowledge and customer service that Wooldridge provides!"

"Mission Accomplished. Guest toilet is like new and has new 1/4 turn stop valve behind it for easier cut-off next time. We understand the options for the worn faucet situation. We understand the current house pressure is a bit high and likely accelerating the wear on internal plumbing hardware. Also aware now that the Pressure Regulator Valve will wear out over a decade or so - particularly when the external pressure from the water provider is so high (measured at 130 psi!). Technician, Isaiah, was prompt, professional, informative and flexible during this 3 hour visit. He's welcome anytime."

"This company is amazing their work is top notch! Brandon Frost brought the entire job together. Great salesman, great service. We are totally satisfied with all that's been done for us."

"They were efficient and replacing my leaking outdoor faucet and most reasonably priced would recommend their services"

"The service was great. The guy was very friendly and explained everything to me. I would recommend them to anybody."

"They seemed a little scattered brained. Forgot that they ordered my part. And I waited for a long time. Then finally I called them and was like are you coming to fix this or what."

"The Choice warranty Co is a lifesaver, great fast and reliable service, we had a water heater and a washing machine malfunction in a two month interval and we were approved for repairs in both instances within 36 hours and scheduled for repairs within one day later"

"We're tickled to death with it. Called and he made time to come on out here and had to take a panel off and the old heater out because it had busted. He actually cares about his work and what he's doing. He cleaned up and took the old water heater with him when he left. I never felt like the dollar sign was the only thing he's lookin' at."
