One other plumber responded but I could not understand his heavy accent, and he asked me if I wanted him to replace the whole burner assembly. That made no sense to me and I questioned him about it. Suddenly he became "too busy" and hung up the phone. Another plumber didn't respond until Monday morning. Too late. The fourth plumber never responded at all. Cassidy asked if it was an emergency or could wait until Monday. I said Monday. and asked what time? I did not get an answer on Friday. Around 8:30P I called and got an answering service which told me that I wouldn't get a response until Monday because their office closed at 8:00P. I had asked about what time on Monday before 6:00P George arrived Monday morning. He was friendly. He knew what he was doing. He replaced the thermocouple. All work was done neatly and professionally. We have hot water again. I'd use Cassidy again."

"It went fine once the plumber finally arrived.  We were told he would be at our house between 8:15 and 8:30 am.  He finally came around 8:50.  But he was courteous, friendly and very professional.  He took care of all our issues quite professionally.   His cost seemed a bit high.  However, we were glad to have the work done, and done well."

"The owner personally took the measurements and prepared the quote. S&S is a Trane dealer and supplied a Trane system (80% single speed furnace, 4-ton A/C). The lines leading to from the A/C to the blower were also replaced due to the different type of refrigerant being used as well as a poor installation job on the original lines. S&S's quote was the best of 3 for the services being performed and type of system being installed. The installers showed up on time and completed the job in one day. The owner personally registered the system with Trane and provided me with the warranty information.
