"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Arrived at the appointed given time. And work was actually completed before the time frame given, everything cleaned up after completion. I would definitely recommend Right Choice Roofing. Very professional and answered questions that I had and explained everything to me so I could understand"

"Went well, was very pleased with work, he developed an illness while working (sinus infection or bronchitis something of that sort) plus his help quit arriving, so it was just him, he pushed through and completed the project, my only complaint would be he did get in a bit of a rush and a few things were missed that I corrected after he was done but again he was ill, his help quit showing and it was HOT!!! He framed an 8 feet deep 44 feet wide and 64 feet long wrap around porch in a week! Fred was a great guy and would hire again"

"Very well. Mark Broyles did exceptional work on our project. He is reliable, an expert in his job, and is very pleasant. He was always on time, and was really good about working with me on where to install grab bars for the shower, where to install the vanity, etc. We would defintely use Community Builders again. Also, Daniel worked with the project to video tape the process and condense it into a short video. He is also a dedicated worker and exhibits a very pleasant personality."

"I screened in a big 2nd-level covered porch with a half-wall around it, with the intention of it being a three-season room.
I am no carpenter, so this thing was not without imperfections.  Like, details that would make the job harder of anyone coming behind me.
When it came to siding the outside of this porch, I wasn't about to do this myself.  Tom and OSI had sided the rest of my house so I wanted the same quality and workmanship.  I needed this porch to look like it was made along with the rest of the house 35+ years ago.
We were not disappointed.  Tom and his crew exceeded our expectations--and our expectations were high.  And they went the extra mile with my concerns about protecting against water intrusion.  Very happy with the results, and I'm about to use him again on another project:  window installation, which he's also done for me in the past.

"I called the company to get a quote to paint the exterior of our house after seeing their ad with a coupon for a discount towards the cost of work in the paper.  The painter came out within the week and gave me two estimates - the first was for just the siding and window trim, the second for the entire paintable exterior.   My husband and I thought his price was reasonable enough to go with the latter.  The company only asked for $800 up front to pay for materials with the balance due upon completion of the work.
The painters used a very good quality paint (Sherwinn-Williams, 25 year warranty) and were really patient while I picked colors and then changed my mind a couple of times after seeing samples.  The work was done almost exclusively by the owner of the company and one assistant, both of whom were personable yet professional and did an excellent job.
Because this company is almost a one-man show, there were several delays in the completion of the work.  I cannot overstate our overall satisfaction with the paint job; however, we were frustrated by the number of times the work had to be re-scheduled.  To be fair, some of the delays were due to weather and on occasion, an assistant called off sick.  While we made it clear from the on-set that we were not in a big hurry to have the house painted, just wanted the work done before winter weather hit but were still surprised by the many interruptions.
We would highly recommend this company for painting IF you are not in a hurry for the work to be done and your timeline is somewhat flexible.  We have actually requested an estimate for some interior painting from this company but are still waiting to hear back."

FAQs for carpentry framing installation projects in Beggs, OK

Professional contractors complete basement framing in three to five days, depending on the size and complexity of your space. Projects with simple, open layouts progress faster than those with multiple rooms and corners. DIY framers should expect the job to take significantly longer, potentially seven to 10 days or more, depending on experience level and available time. The timeline doesn't include other aspects of basement finishing like drywall installation, electrical work, or finishing touches, which extend the overall renovation schedule.

Most municipalities require building permits for basement framing projects. These permits cost between $1,200 and $2,000, ensuring your renovation meets local building codes for safety and structural integrity. Working without proper permits can result in penalties, forced removal of completed work, and complications when selling your home. Your local building department can provide specific information about permit requirements, inspection schedules, and any special considerations for basement renovations in your area.

For basement framing, use pressure-treated lumber for bottom plates (the horizontal boards that contact concrete floors) to prevent moisture damage and rot. Standard kiln-dried lumber is suitable for wall studs and top plates that don't directly contact concrete surfaces. The most common lumber dimension for basement wall framing is two-by-four, though some situations may call for two-by-six lumber to accommodate thicker insulation. Always check local building codes, as some jurisdictions have specific requirements for basement framing materials.

You can install drywall after framing is complete and inspected, but several important steps should happen first. Ensure any electrical, plumbing, or HVAC rough-ins are completed and inspected before closing up walls. Installing insulation between studs is highly recommended for temperature control and moisture management. Drywall installation adds an average of $3 to $4 per linear foot to your project, with painting costing an additional $2 to $6 per square foot. Address any moisture concerns before enclosing walls to prevent future damage and mold issues.
