When they came for the cleaning, they recommended that we install a cleanout door on the exterior of the chimney, so that the ash and soot would be removed through the outside. We arranged for a second appointment to have the door installed. The job and crew were professional. We are pleased with the result, and intend to hire them to restore our fireplace blower to good working order sometime in the near future."

I went to use my pellet stove a few days later when it got cold enough to turn it on and it was inoperable and had not been reassembled correctly. Took over an hour to discover a disconnected wire and to put the panels back on properly. There was still dust and pellets throughout the stove and the glass wasn't even cleaned. I sent an email to the company and filled out a contact form through their website and they never acknowledged me. Won't be using this company again."
