"I hired them to clean the grout and tile in two rooms and it came out amazing. It looks brand new. Sonja and Josh did a fantastic job. The estimate was accurate and they arrived right on time and were very professional. I would hire them again and will refer them to anyone I know."

"Great job. Provided patching where grout had broken away and provided color samples. I would use them again."

"I thought they did a great job cleaning the carpet for my move out. I didn't realize I didn't write a review before - it popped up when I came to log in and I actually logged in so I could hire them again for my current home! =) I was able to trust their work and they were extra friendly. Thanks!"

"The two man flooring team was on time, polite and professional, worked hard and finished the job in one day. The installation was neatly done and they cleaned up after completion."

"I express my gratitude to Bill and his staff at Flood Crew LLC enough! A month before I sold my home they cleaned the carpets; 2 days before closing I called Bill back due to water damage to the home. Bill was onsite mitigating the water damage within 40 minutes of my call to him. They were quick and professional with their water mitigation efforts and were also GREAT with managing the repair/renovation work. He went above and beyond due to my unique situation with the home sale. Thanks Bill for your calm, kind and professional manner. I hope I never have water damage again as it is devastating BUT if I did I would use Flood Crew again in a second.... and will certainly refer them to others!"

"Very professional and great attention to detail.  I was not home when the carpets were cleaned but my husband was and he told me the guy was thorough and hard working.  The carpets looked great.  I will use them again."

"I though the finished product was well done, until the carpeting on the steps came loose and both the plumper, me and my dog slipped on the steps. Advise Anthony Barrera of the problem, and he promised to fix it. He never did."

"I was super pleased with the cleaning ! absolutely has its color back and left it super soft ..! Jay did an excellent job :)"

"For several years, we’ve been planning to replace our kitchen counters. When Angie’s List promoted a deal offered by Jeffress Stone, we inquired whether this was the deal we’d been looking for. And it really turned out to be, from quality of the stone to craftsmanship to value. First, Jeffress sent us photos of the stones included in the deal. When we realized we couldn’t make a decision based solely on photographs, Jeffress arranged for us to visit their warehouse, where we were treated graciously. But we found something we liked much more than the samples, and feared that the up-sell would bust the deal. But the added cost proved to be reasonable and fair. Both direct contacts were professional and timely. Gary arrived a few minutes early to make measurements and the template, and that process took nearly two hours. As a result, the finished stone fit perfectly. Similarly, the installation crew arrived a few minutes early, and the owner, Dave, followed close on their heels. He was present throughout the entire installation. We were especially impressed by the care with which the crew mixed caulk to match our cabinets exactly for one tricky seam. The crew took care to clean up when the job was done and to make sure we were satisfied with the installation. We’ve received several compliments on the new look in our kitchen and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jeffress Stone."
