"He came be ause I had someone else replace my well pump and still had no water. He showed up on time and checked everything. He had to pull the pump again and it ended up being the wiring. He ran the wire the whole length of the pipe,at least 300 feet or more. Then pump the pump back in the ground. He installed a gauge on my water tank and made sure we had water before he left. All this in the humid weather that day. He was very nice and knowledgeable. And very professional. Would definately use him again."

"The gentleman called to let me know he was on his way, and arrived on time as scheduled.  He examined the problem, determined that the cause was with a nylon pipe connector, and not the water pump itself as I had feared. He explained what he needed to do to replace the part and why the original part failed.  He did the work quickly and  neatly, and the final amount was very close to the original estimate.  The lady I spoke to on the phone to schedule the appointment was also pleasant, helpful and professional.  While I would not consider the price a bargain, it was reasonable and in line with other companies I had spoken to, and the job appeared well done.  I would use this company again.

"I called them on Saturday to schedule service for Sunday. (We had a sewage backup and needed Saturday for cleaning up the mess.) I was informed over the phone what the cost of the initial service would be and different situations that could increase that cost. They arrived on time, fixed the issue and took care not to make more mess than was required.
