He went above and beyond by helping to wrap my refrigerant lines that were deteriorating from age, he also cleaned the condenser coils while checking the system out. "This company does not do conscientious work. Chris seems to be more concerned with getting to his next call than spending the appropriate time to solve issues. Their work is sloppy because they do not do important things like re- taping plenums when they work on them or diagnosis beyond the 20 minutes they want to spend in your home. They do not ensure things are properly working. According to them everything is normal when you know it is not despite pointing out multiple issues when they arrive. All they worry about is taking pictures and videos to cya. They do not follow through and do a complete diagnosis and rush through hoping the problem will go away. And when the issues gets worse or they cause more problems they deflect and blame it on something else and gaslight you. Diagnosing via text is a thing now I guess. Now I have to pay someone else to fix their mess. 27 days later it is an ongoing problem and still broken and they will not respond. "
