They came and removed the dead water heater, got the new water heater we wanted installed and working, kept in touch through all our follow up questions and checked in on us ar night. I had two water heaters installed today and he was right on time, the price was fair - the water is not hot yet but I am sure he will be back if there is a problem. (I was just anxious to get my review in case I forgot to do so later.) The heaters have a 10 year warranty so I appreciated his manufacturer of choice, AO Smith, and that he gave me the tags so I have the proof of the warranty. He was extremely professional, polite, and accommodating when he made the appointment with me via text and phone confirmations. Customer service and courteous treatment were at the forefront of the conversations. When James arrived to do the work, he was prompt, clean, skilled, and knowledgeable. He went right to work and answered any questions I had for him pertaining to the job at hand. He even attached the pipes I need to install a new dishwasher. He advised me to get a new dishwasher, instead of fixing the old one. Many plumbers would fix the old one even if it wasn't advantageous to do so, just for the fee. I highly recommend James for any plumbing needs you may have. He is reasonably priced, well-spoken, and knowledgeable in his craft!"

David spent a great deal of time making sure the old tank was removed carefully even though it was difficult to drain the water because of the large amount of sediment build up. "At first I had my doubts, but Mohamed proved me wrong. Gentlemen was quite intelligent and very well educated, he actually gave me a lesson on gas-steam furnace, and for the repair, I never knew that the unit was so complicated and had so many issues even though the furnace was less than 3 years old but never serviced since it was installed. He explained each issue and why it occurred. and showed me each problem as he corrected them. Mohamad corrected all the issues and showed me how things work. He explained everything and showed me how to service the furnace my self. The furnace is operating perfectly. I highly recommend this gentleman, he definitely won me over.
