For screen replacements, they took the old screen doors and window panels back to his shop and delivered the re-screened and new ones a few days later. For the window screens, Ron gave me the option of re-screening the existing frames, but I chose new frames with screens since they were not much higher in cost. He also helped me locate the sources of a couple of window leaks and advised me on the right caulk to use as well as the best lubricant for doors and windows. At no point did he try to sell me any unneeded service or products. I am very satisfied with his work and would certainly use his services again."
