"Install was easy. Up front cost was pretty low with Angie's List coupon. Monthly price is a little high compared to competing companies. Response time with alarms is excellent. I was advised to use glass break alarms within 10 ft of my first floor windows, which we installed correctly. I asked prior to installation if having one in the kitchen would cause false alarms due to dishes clanging, etc. I was told the glass break alarms are configured to a precise frequency that alarms with breaking glass. So, not a "no", but not really an answer. Well, every time we cook dinner, wash dishes or empty the dish washer, the kitchen glass break alarm gives a warning which would sound the alarm if it was set. This has caused us a number of false alarms while we've been away due to shifting bowls or plates in our drying rack. For the first several we've had to pay our police department $120 to check the house, and I was only notified after the first alarm that there was a cheaper option for a security company to drive by to check for a break in."

"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"This company was easy to get a hold of and to work with.  They showed up right around the time they said they would and were pleasant and professional.  They cleaned up really well after each day's work and the job took less time than I thought with no major budget surprises.  Electrical work is crazy expensive but their prices seem on par or lower than what I saw other places.  I have a small child who needs to nap and they tried their best to do the noisiest work when she was awake.   I would have rated them A for quality because all the work looks great and I am very happy with it over-all but there were some confusing electrical problems after they left.  The breakers switched off a couple times for no apparent reason and then an outlet stopped working of a sudden...not sure if these were directly their fault or not.  They did come out twice, at absolutely no charge, to diagnose and try to fix the breaker issue (no problems after they came back).  I was very happy with their follow up.  They also removed a dead rat from the wall...which was above and beyond the call of duty.

"I contacted CSI and spoke to Rob.  We discussed the situation that was driving my request for information on these individuals and he suggested what he thought I needed and quoted me a very fair price.  He also gave me some advice and recommendations on other things i could look into which was very helpful.  I sent him the info he requested (names, approx ages and/or birthdates) and he said he would have something back to me within 24 hours.  That same evening, he emailed me letting me know my initial 3 reports were ready.  The info was comprehensive and everything I was looking for.  There was a question on one of the individuals and before Rob just pulled a report and charged me for the wrong person, he called so we could discuss a little to make sure he had identified the correct person.  I received my final reports quickly and the info was great.  I highly recommend CSI, I think Rob was great to deal with and will not hesitate to use them again in the future if needed!
