"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

We called around to find a reputable plumber. We also found Mike from All Service Plumbing but Mike missed our appointment by 4 hours. We call Albano next and was scheduled for an appointment the next day. The next day, right on time, Eric shows up at the door. Eric checked out our gas line but didn’t find any gas leak. Eric said that he doesn’t know what to charge us for because in reality, there isn’t any gas leak. I love seeing this honesty in a business because I hardly see this honesty policy anymore nowadays. I asked Eric what can I do to maintain the gas line better and Eric suggested to do an upgrade on the valves. I agreed and the rest is history. I like Eric’s personality, I trust his work, he is professional, humble, honest. I even get a call from Ben (at the office). The Albano staffs are professional and I like it. "I needed two drains cleared so I went ahead and bought an Angie's List promo coupon for $99 for $200 of service and had them snake a couple drains for me and check out some other issues I was having.  The technician who came out was Joe.  He was very knowledgeable and experienced and totally fixed my problem quickly.  If I'd known the quality of service I'd get I would have called them first before attempting to snake the first drain myself (unsuccessfully, obviously). He was also very punctual which is HUGE for me because I have to drive 30 minutes to the building to meet any contractors and I don't live there so waiting around for hours is a major problem.  I'm always apprehensive about hiring contractors I haven't previously hired but these guys were fantastic.  I'll definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues."
