"Ongrade plumbing and excavating was a god send. Unbelievable how clean and professional they were from start to finish on my sewer line replacement. They did their best to protect my grass with plywood and did a very good job cleaning up given the huge pile of dirt! Thier pricing was amazing compared to some of the other estimates I received from other company's. Highly recommend to anyone for any of thier home or business plumbing issues"

"Matt addressed my needs immediately. The day before company was coming for the Easter weekend my hot water heater started leaking water -- isn't this always when emergencies like this happen? Then you're dealing with guests, the holidays and no hot water! "my water heater quit late at night, i took to angi and submitted a work order. JS plumbing was so amazing, at 11:30pm James texted me and within 30 minutes he was at my house to check it out. that's what i call instantaneous customer service. he didn't even take a cent from me for the look-see at midnight... shocker!! he ordered the parts and was back with them 3 days later(weekend slowed down the delivery of the parts, otherwise he would have been back the very next day!) he was super knowledgeable, very nice, and reasonably priced. i very much highly highly recommend JS plumbing! ps. please don't judge him, he's a hard working man, and very much looks like it. thank you James, you're amazing!"

"Water heater went out on the weekend and they would do what they could to make sure we had hot water. We ended up purchasing a tankless water heater. Pricey but a great option for us. They were great to work with and cleaned up after themselves and removed old water heater even though they had to come back on a different day."
