So he did a complete gut and remodel of the second floor of my house, which included a full bathroom and tub/shower, 3 bedrooms and an office. Paint, stain, new floors, new ceilings and drywall were only a handful of the things he did. Everything came out splendid. I have 4 cats and he was very accommodating as well. I’d 100% recommend him for other jobs and would 100% hire him to come back and do other jobs on my house!"

As a single woman running my own home and being very particular.....it is extremely important to be able to discuss the job, hear all the details, and employ someone who is honest, honorable, well qualified, neat, and highly informed. I first hired Rob for the drain problem. He accomplished that efficiently and neatly at a reasonable price. We discussed options for a back up for the sump pump. Having a finished basement, I am always concerned about water. I have never lost electricity during a rain storm....but the possibility always takes up space in my brain. I have a portable generator....but I have to be home to start it. Today Rob arrived on time and installed the back up for me. It took the whole morning as he predicted. He explained how it all worked and it is a beautiful thing. I so appreciate knowledgable and personable service. I highly recommend Easy Flow Drain and Mechanical LLC for any plumbing needs. Oh....one more thing...he noticed a leak in my fairly new furnace exhaust piping. He pointed it out and gave me several possible reasons for the leak so I could intelligently discuss it with the company that installed the new energy efficient furnace. "I am selling my home in Westchester NY and during the inspection process, it was discovered that there was mold in my attic. Obviously it needed to be removed at my expense. I initially called another company, one of those national franchise type remediation companies and I absolutely flipped out at their estimate and the scope of work they were proposing. "Smart Tile was quick to respond to my request to have my granite counter tops cleaned & sealed. We setup a date and time to have the work done. I was called earlier in the day to confirm our appointment. Lorenzo was on time and started working immediately after he took a look at what was needed to be done. He was very courteous, friendly and paid close attention to detail. Lorenzo protected the floors with mats to ensure that the cleaner and sealer would not drip onto the kitchen floor. After he was done, my counter tops looked the same as the day they were installed. He also answered any questions that I had regarding the continued maintenance for my granite counter tops. Lorenzo was professional at all times and I could tell by the way that he worked he is an experienced craftsman. I would definitely use Smart Tile for any granite/tile work that I may need in the future."

"Because of the great reviews on Angie's list, I wanted Dennie's Resurfacing.  I paid more for the service because he came from 2 hours away.  It was worth the extra cost.  I am a shoeless house and when they came in they graciously removed their shoes and were so considerate of my home. They cleaned up after themselves and removed the old glass doors I no longer wanted. That was impressive to me! They were so kind, cordial, and respectful.  The tub looks brand new--that saved me thousands of dollars and all the mess of construction!  The only challenge was the smell (I'm a health nut) but they do "green" so I was just patient for the smell to leave (I do not have a window in that bathroom); however within 24 hours the smell was gone. They have a five year warranty...so I hope to not need them, but if I do I'll report on warranty service at that time.  I wholehearted recommend this company.
