"The service provider came out and inspected my problem. I had an older three faucet system in both bathrooms. The provider said since the rest of the bath/shower area was in good condition, I just needed to replace the faucets. He said that it would be a good idea to replace both bathrooms with the same new faucet sets. He explained that they could provide the faucet sets or I could purchase them on my own. It was significantly cheaper to purchase them on my own. However, if I purchased my own faucets, the companies warranty would not cover any problems with the faucets, Their warranty would only cover the work. He explained that it would be a good idea to get ceramic faucets versus the stem kind. I had to purchase the faucets and then contact the provider to come back and install them. When I went to buy the faucets, I had a very limited selection for three handle faucets sets with a valve included. I ended up spending approximately $134.00 for two faucet sets that included shower head, tub spout, three handles and valve. Since I was replacing two faucet sets, the provider gave me half off of the second set replacement. My total bill for the work was $490.00 for both plus the $99.00 I paid for the deal. The receptionist was also very polite and professional."

Most recently, they replaced the risers and treads on two staircases, stained and poly'd them as well as installed wood flooring in the hallway. For this current job, all went very well. Once again, I am am very pleased with everything that was done. Rene and his team were always on time and stayed on task while working in my home for the 2 week job. We worked together to ensure that the design was aesthetically pleasing and functional. Rene is easy to discuss issues with and is very accommodating with changes. Price negotiators were non threatening for both parties. All in all, working with Rene produced a beautiful powder room and guest room. I will not hesitate to recommend him to others and would gladly call on him again if I need any additional work.

"Vinh did an excellent and thorough job. He noticed the bathroom sink valves (previously replaced) had one valve knob missing, which he highly recommended replacement of both valves. The removal of old faucet and new kitchen faucet/sink install was hard work but done quite well. Once main water was turned back on, Vinh made sure the new bathroom valves and kitchen faucet had no leak issues. All was done perfectly. Will hire Jiffy again."
