we had a leak problem and the tech came and looked over our equipment, fixed the problem and left. It cost us nothing and we have had their home heating service contracts for over 20 years.  They have NEVER ONCE not shown up or not helped and in the two furnace emergencies we had--they were here with in 1hr.

It seemed a bit expensive - the technician was at my house a total of less than 45 minutes to charge the refrigerant in my split AC unit, and the total bill was around $500. That seems a bit high.
