"Horizon repair man was quick, friendly, and explained the process to me. He was able to resolve my plumbing problem. However, the charge was more than the HomeAdvisor rate suggestion. Even after they dropped the service fee the cost was more than the rate posted on Home Advisor."

"Brian called me about 2 hours after I set up an appointment on AngI list. I explained what was happening with my air conditioner. He said he would come on Tuesday. He arrived promptly at the time we agreed. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and walked me through the entire process. I felt he took his time and answered all of my questions. "On the price, I don't, but it was also reasonable. They had also installed a water heater like a year before, reasonable. For sure they're a good service provider, any issues I have with the HVAC or my water system, I'll go to them. They clean up behind themselves; I don't have to do much."
