At home there were two (2) small gas leaks at connection points with my furnace and the stove. They were the first to reply when I initiated the request for quotes on Saturday 3/27. They scheduled an appointment for the next day between 11-1 pm. They arrived at the beginning of the window of time they quoted (yippee). I was prepared to provide shoe covers due to the pandemic. They were respectful of safety measures and had their own shoe covers and masks in hand already. Bravo! Chris and Rob were very good at providing and explanation of services to be rendered. "Our furnace broke down last week, I had 3 estimates with other companies. However, were pleased with the warranty and coverage offered by Four Seasons Heating and Cooling. The installation process truly EXCEEDED my expectations. Both techs arrived on time and respected COVID-19 guidelines- very knowledgeable, courteous, went above and beyond with removing old furnace and installing new one. Previous company that installed our old furnace made multiple errors, but Jermaine (tech) had a great deal of patience throughout the difficult challenges in replacement (moving gas pipe, electrical wiring, vent pipes, etc.). He would keep me up to date on the process throughout the day. You'll definitely be lucky if you're scheduled with this AMAZING tech!
