"Perfect Star has excellent technicians who can do installations & any service needs. They installed a new AC/heating system a few months ago. I intend to hire them again to update the ductwork in my residence. Tech was out today to tweak the thermostat setting to get max AC flow."

After running several tests, they determined it was an electrical problem and nothing to do with the unit itself. They also said our unit doesn't need replacing - that's a first! They didn't do any unnecessary service or repair to run up the bill or even try to convince us it was needed. We were only charged the minimum fee as quoted. We were able to repair our air conditioning without the "hard-sell angst". So, thorough and honest! Unlike the other HVAC vendors we've used, we definitely will call them if we need service again!"

"Overall experience was average. First day of installation was okay until I find out half of the house did not have power. Edgar came back the next day and explained the cause and fixed it with ease. Was getting push back about how everything was installed as it was and there shouldnâ t be any issues, well there was and he graciously came back and fixed the problem.
