"Amazing! My sidewalks were a trip hazard. I could not enjoy my front porch because I thought someone would trip every time they walked by. First Quality came by and in ONE HOUR my sidewalks were level. I only wish I did this sooner! I can now enjoy my front porch again! No mess, really professional work men, great work! Thank you! Thank you!"

"Concrete Chiropractor did a beautiful job leveling our long walkway. Kris and Karen returned phone calls and did a great job at communicating. They made the process smooth. The guys (Matt & Mario) were fast, efficient and clean. They were professional from beginning to end. No fuss, no mess. Thank you. They are in my contacts and I will refer them and use them again."

"My experience with Down Under Waterproofing was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. Walter and his crew were very punctual and professional. The work was done well and efficiently. Max and Jordan did a terrific job on the crawlspace as well as repairing a basement wall. All of my questions and concerns were addressed. They cleaned up after the job was complete and left the work area as they found it. I would definitely hire this company again."

"Anthony and his company did a wonderful job. I was extremely impressed with his professionalism and responsiveness. He was always available when questions needed to be answered. He always showed up on time and whenever he said he would. My kitchen was a challenge (old house - not level) and he did a wonderful job addressing those issues. I would highly recommend Anthony and his company."

"The job went very well although we had some issues with the weather cooperating. John and his crew did an awesome job on our walkway. We have gotten countless comments from neighbors and passers by on how great the walkway looks and how nicely it has improved the look of our property. I would highly recommend Artistic Concrete & Design. Also of note, their pricing was much better than any other contractors we had bid on the job."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Berkeley-township, NJ

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
