The invoice listed an HVAC diagnostic fee of $69.00, followed by ?HYD 170,? with no price or itemized breakdown provided. I understand that professional services and parts can incur significant costs, it is unreasonable that the part alone could account for the entire charge without any supporting documentation. "Workman was excellent. Did not take advantage of me. Told me to try WD 40 on my lock before purchasing a new lock and it works fine now. Fixed my oven door, and my freezer was working when he arrived. He told me not to over crowned or block circulation and to call if it stopped working again. I was very satisfied with this company, would recommend them highly and would hire them again."
