John Ruban returned my call first thing Monday morning and, came over the next day to look over the work to be done and give me an estimate.</p> <p>John arrived right on time and answered quite a few questions for me. He looked over the work to be done and, at my request, looked over my circuit breaker panel and emergency generator transfer switch to ensure that it complied with local codes. He did this at no charge. </p> <p>He gave me a reasonable estimate and we set up a time frame to get the work done. Well within the time frame, John called and set up a time for the next day.
