" Bill and his crew did an excellent job and beat all the competitors on price. While other contractors wanted to dig into our walkway or excavate our landscaping, Bill found a way to minimize any damage to our landscaping. We also found out that the line was almost 7 feet underground when it should have been no more than 4. Bill didn’t use that as an excuse to jack up the price and stuck to what was originally agreed on. The job was also completed on schedule. Bill and his crew are stand up guys and I strongly recommend them. "

"well there were delays but i forgive that. they did NOT get permits. a new hot water heater was brought and hooked up. But connections were loose and made it inoperable! its taken another plumber and an Electrician to fix what was wrong to actually get hot water. the original cost was $2500. Now add the $500 for 2nd plumber to reinstall the emergency shut off box that was installed improperly. AND an Electrician for $800 To fix the rest. They have not responded to email requesting attention. Technician was great - altho did not know everything necessary to complete my job. this has been a two week nightmare! i am NOT happy!"

"Did not go well at all with Len the Plumber was over charged and feel scammed, Len the Plumber, Technician Len Feldman started approx. 12pm until 3pm most of time going over the cost, taking pictures and finding everything possible that needed to be done and presented 10-page contract. Len Feldman (Technican) assessed the problem that was a leaking outside faucet that he explained froze over the winter and needed to be replaced. While water was leaking he did not turn off the inside valve and requested to have water company (Trenton Water Works) come out and turn off water by the main water line. TWW came out several times but could not find the line and sent out a third construction worker to locate the water line. Meantime Len left his personal contact # and promised to return as soon as the main water line was shut off. When Water Works returned on 6/25 could not reach Len, but was able to locate the main water line Len finally called back and said it would be ok he would be able to turn the water off was currently in Mays Landing that is approx. 65 miles away and could not return 6/25 but would be at my home to complete the job 6/26 am. After 9am no call no Len, I called again several times when finally able to reach him at around 9:30am, said he spoke to Supervisor and could not do anything until the main water line was completely shut off. I called Len the Plumber office spoke to Office Manager Cathy#610-616-3377 she said would try to get someone out asap, by later in the afternoon no return call from Cathy. At this point and 2 days later for an emergency it was time to find another Plumber and I cancelled everything at Len the Plumber. The Plumber came out Friday 6/27 completed the entire job within 1 hour, turned off the inside valve connected to the outside leak immediately as well as water to install the same job Len the Plumber contracted to do that, Len said would take at least 6 hours. Main Water Line never had to be touched!!! I am appalled with Len the Plumber that I could trust thru Angi's List with a good reliable repetition. This company had no consideration about leaving me and my family including my 88-year-old handicapped mother without running water for days, all he was concerned about was how much commission he could make off someone in a vulnerable situation."

"This is the kind of business you want to invest in- because you feel they are fully invested in you. The communication was A+ .. You feel like you're the only client they are working with at the time. They turned my vision into a reality. Financially, building a new deck was a stretch for us and Mike was so respectful of that. He laid out several options for us and was just very honest, start to finish. Beautiful work was done and it blew my mind how quickly his builder completed the job. We will be replacing our front deck in the near future and I am so grateful to not have to hunt for another contractor for that project. Highly recommend Veterans Construction Services."

"Stellar service from a company with a well-earned reputation for solid workmanship. These guys are the real deal. Ramon was exceptionally knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining what needed to be done. Once I signed the contract, everything happened at lightening speed. The servicemen showed up on time, were careful to not damage the doors, walls, or hardwood floors when they hauled in the new gas boiler and water heater, and left the basement in spotless condition. After I sold the oil stored in my old oil tank, Horizon was out the very next day to cut up the tank, clean the inside of it, and haul it onto the driveway for inspection. Not a single drop of oil was spilled. They are that meticulous about their work. A shout out not only to the remarkably zenlike Ramon, but also to Robert, who patiently and respectfully dealt with an unnecessarily finicky inspector."

"We use Laury for repair and maintenance of our heating and cooling units for our rental properties and each time we need something done, the staff at Laury never cease to provide quality service. I had a new ceiling (former popcorn), walls repaired, carpet taken up, floor refinished completely and the entire room painted. The end result was outstanding.
