I brought up concerns with Mike about some negative reviews i had read, and he updated the contract to protect against my concerns without hesitating. Mike also checked in every day to make sure everything was going smoothly. The minor "issue" discussed was fixed first thing the following day. I can't sing Joe's praises enough.
