Get matched with top foundation drainage installers and replacers in Berrien Center, MI

"We had the foundation repaired around our house and the basement repaired due to our drainage problems. This was 17 years ago and we have had no problems since that time. Also, Everdry furnishes a sump pump to us free of charge and we always have an extra sump pump in case the electric power goes off. I would suggest to every new home owner who builds a new house to have Everdry do the waterproofing of the foundation and drainage outside the house. They are wonderful!"

"The service provided by Ayers was great! Blew the doors off Ark Foundation out of Fowlerville....who wasted my time and never followed through. Ayers salesperson was thorough and professional. The crew showed up on time and man did they ever work... Haven't had a drop of water in my basement since."

"We had a basement that always had water in it almost year round. We decided to sell the house and move to North Carolina. Still trying to sell the home we decided to have a French Drain System put in with a bleeder line, as it would not sell as it was. The Stay Dry team was excellent from start to finish. Their team was professional and was accommodating to the fact that we needed to keep the home clean due to selling it and took extra steps to ensure no contamination spread to the rest of the house. After the job was done I have had zero issues with water and we are closing on our home today. Thank you so much for your hard work and courtesy Stay Dry! Pictures below are just after washing and cleaning. It appears wet but was completely dry the next day."

"Awesome and Great!! Let me start with their sales person. His name is Corey! I loved this guy. so professional, great helper, and very knowledgeable. Corey went over all details and explained everything so patiently to me, and then he went out and bought a brand new sump pump and replaced it with our old broken one at no cost for his labor. I knew right away since that moment I will hire this company because of this very nice and good man. Tracy! this is a great person who runs and manages the teams, date, and time. I can say she's a great customer service. Tracy went through the finance and explained even the small details with kind and professionalism. Jake (The Foreman) and his very polite and professional team. All I can say regarding this team (I just love them, honestly) very quiet, very professional, very clean, very polite, knows what they are doing, and very respectful. Usually, the workers are talking a lot or swearing, but this team and Jake were very professional. I never even heard them talking just doing their job with respect for all my family and kids in the house. I will defiantly hire them again and I already recommended them to all my family, friends, and neighbors! Great Job guys! You are Awesome!"

"Excellent. This experience was the best I have had hiring outside help. After it was installed, I had some concerns and asked Aaron to come by. He came over on a Friday evening and to my surprise, agreed and quickly went above and beyond to remedy the situation. He was understanding and agreed with my concerns. Later I was worried about a sound I was hearing coming from the sump pump. He came up on a Sunday and turned out it was my old pump (not the new one they had installed) that was making the noise. He removed it and clearly explained why it was making the noise. The perimeter drain, pump, and dry well that they installed have all worked great since the installation, which was nearly 9 months ago now. It was very clear making sure a job was completed well and with integrity was important to him. It was comforting to know I was working with a company who valued customer service and doing a job well. Their prices were more reasonable than the 3 other companies I had estimates from. I would definitely use them if needed in the future."

"Awesome job would recommend to anyone that has foundation issues"

"The whole event went better than I could have hoped. To start, I have to divulge that I am the family "handy-man" - for the entire extended family. There is nothing I don't do, drywall, roofing, electrical repairs, cabinets, sinks, tubs, you name it - I have probably fixed it. So it makes me really anxious when a problem comes up that I can't manage on my own, because no one does the job you do on your own home. But I knew I could not handle the crawl space - too much specialized gear and tools, need way more than my own two hands, no access to the right concrete or foam application tools, and no idea how to make the drainage work. After speaking to multiple companies, most of which did not even show up for the estimate, I spent a little time speaking to Greg and Jason. Instead of just shooting me a price over the phone or via e-mail, Jason took the time to explain what was causing my problems, and how and why the solution they were proposing would work. And instead of pushing me on price and a start date, Jason and Greg just answered my questions, gave me a written quote and allowed me tme and space to arrive at my own conclusions. It did not take much more time to decide on Crawlspaces.com. The guys came out exactly on time and ready to work. Every single guy on the crew was up to the work that needed to be done. Each guy was professional, courteous, clean and confident in their tasks. The estimate was right on, the square footage was accurate, the time to start and finish the job was just as they said it would be. They said they'd be there at 730am and they were there at 730am. They said what would be done and at what time, and when they'd break for lunch - it was all exactly as they said it would be. They took care to enter and exit the home with care, laid out plastic and other protective material in every area they touched. They worked quickly and efficiently. What I was most worried about was the workmanship. When I do a project, I never do it to "code" - I do it well in excess of minimum code. So I was more than pleased to see the guys pay the same attention to detail as I would have myself. Each component of the job was done completely and accurately, with nothing escaping their eye. In conclusion, I could not have been happier with the work than I am now. It came out better than I could have done myself under the best circumstance. I recommend Crawlspaces.com without hesitation or reservation. I was satisfied and happy, and you will be too."

"We live in an older home, built in 1947. After much research we decided to make the switch from regular paint to the newer, more permanent coating style of paint. We selected Hoosier Permanent Coatings as our supplier  last October---and weather turned against us before  we could get the job completed last year. Hoosier Permanent Coatings, held our price for 2014 and stayed in touch with us as the weather began to warm in the spring (this year) to get us on the schedule at a time that was convenient for us. In addition we had significant window repair and replacement being done (by another contractor) that had to be coordinated along with the painting job. In short I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Permanent Coatings (HPC) and particularly their Office Manager, Rosemary. While I was having serious challenges with the window contractor, HPC was with us every step of the way. When it finally became time for them to do their job---they arrived on time, worked extremely long days, all with great care, and did the most beautiful job!  Rosemary communicated regularly regarding what would happen each day...and that's exactly what happened. Their crew supervisor (I forget his name)--was terrific as well. Very respectful and professional. Everyone of the crew was thoughtful and courteous. A manager came by the job each day--to be sure I was satisfied and to see if I had any additional questions.
I cannot say enough nice things. I would heartily recommend Hoosier Permanent Coatings to everyone that is considering this service. Our house has never looked better!
