They created a new reinforced base with crushed stone and reassembled the slabs to a new level surface. They patched two concrete retaining walls. Then the attacked the 37-year dirt build-up on our large concrete patio. They cut and filled a few large cracks and pressure washed the surface so that it now looks like a completely different patio. I could not be happier with the completed results of these three too-hard-for-us projects. Excellent work by three very hardworking professionals!"

"I contacted the provider in advance to request the garage doors, steps, microwave, and installation of some security lighting in areas where I made clear I did not currently have any fixtures.  I was told all of these would be doable by two people in one day. 

Everything was fine with the garage doors, the steps, and the microwave.  However, when I asked about the lighting, the two men indicated that the lighting would have to be done by a registered electrician, as wiring would have to be run to the locations, and neither of them was an electrician.  When I said I had made it clear that the lights needed wiring run when I first asked if all my requests could be accomplished, they were unaware that I had been told it could be done.  Bottom line was that I could not get any security lighting installed. 

When I tried to think of something else that they could do, since the electrical work could not be done, I asked them to install a peephole in the door.  Although it looks very professionally installed, they failed to ask how high I wanted it in the door.  As a result, I can only see out of the peephole if I stand on tiptoes and twist my neck to be able to see as high as possible.
