"Really well. Chris knows how to think about the problem, explain the solution and accomplish it. When something he suggested needed more work, he figured out a way to tackle the problem from a different direction. Difficult job since the basement housed the well and radon was seeping up from underneath the floor, and there were 2 sump pumps and a french trench on the outside edges. Basically water everywhere which carried the radon in the air. Excellent job, efficient."

John was our home inspector and he was very personable and friendly, making us very at ease during the inspection process. He arrived early and had already started inspecting the exterior of the home. He was very informative and described each area of the home as he inspected it. He brought separate inspectors for heating and pests which I thought was great to have specialists inspect those areas. Each of those specialists were equally knowledgable and made sure we understood their findings in the home. The report was very thorough with photos and assessments.
