Blair arrived this morning abd diagnosed the issue and replaced the condensation pump. These new "smart" systems have more brains than some humans!! When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "Hired for air duct cleaning but mold was discovered and pointed out to us.  With young children in the house, we wanted to attack this problem right away so we immediately negotiated a price.  The primary contact was a bit difficult to understand due to language differences and I'm not confident we got a good price, but we were very satisfied with the quality of the work.  They were very timely and the full service took an hour or so.  My recommendation is to check for signs for mold before you order any air duct cleaning services.
