"I got a bunch of different quotes for the job but I chose Pipe Arts Plumbing for the work.  Edger Mayer, the plumber and owner, was really good.  He was not the least expensive or most expensive of the quotes I received.  What was impressive about him was that he came right away to give the quote.  He gave full information.  The thing that was really important for me was that he told me what I absolutely had to do, how much that would cost and suggested a number of other things.  He didn’t try to push me into doing the unquoted extra work.  It was things that would have been advisable if I had the money but I didn’t.  That was really great.  After he installed the hot water heater, he also did some extra things for me for no extra money.  He did a quick fix on a leak that I had."
