He had suggested we visit a Cabinet maker store in Lancaster and after doing that we found the perfect cabinets for us. His work is excellent. He is very efficient and neat. This included the addition of a laundry room and handicapped accessible bathroom as well the relocation/ enlargement of the kitchen and the creation of breakfast nook area to the existing first floor of my home. Shawn helped me visualize various options to the work and often offered suggestions that surpassed my original expectations. He was a very good manager being able to share his knowledge base so his crew could work in a professional and independent manner in his absence. "Bob & his team are simply amazing. They demo'd and rebuilt our entire 30 square foot shed. Words cannot express how amazing of a job they did and how great him and his team are. They even built me a workbench for inside the shed with a ton of storage shelves, over 10 outlets and ample light throughout the entire structure. I finally have my man cave! "They went above and beyond what I expected to see from a contractor.  Fantastic to work with.  Electrical was top-notch, and precision measured.  2nd project:  I had 4 other contractors bid.  I turned one away immediately, and the next three didn't seem to understand building codes.  They engineered the roof in a way which I only needed one post, as apposed to 3 or 4 posts like the other guys bid.  They were able to tie this beam into the existing structure and make it supported."

"We hired Sure-Fix to do multiple jobs. The owner, Henry, came to our house and we walked him through all of the projects we want done and he provided good feedback and ideas. He also understood that this isn't our forever home, so while we do want to make it nicer, some projects are not worth putting money in to. They gutted our mudroom, replaced the old exterior door, closed in a window to provide better space functionality, built shelves in the mudroom closet to make it a pantry, insulated the room, rebuilt the unstable steps, instead outlets, base board heater, and new lights, replaced the flooring, replaced the roof over the mudroom, put up dry wall, and painted. They also installed a new exterior door in our sun room, replaced five old windows, and installed new outlets in our office. The workers were all very nice and you could tell they know their trade. They told us if we discovered an issue they would come fix it. Good customer service."
