"We did a kitchen/powder room renovation with Bill and we really could not have asked for a better partner! We had been putting this on hold for a year, and after meeting Bill to get a final estimate we felt confident in moving forward right away. We knew that we wanted to work with Bill right after he came to quote the work- the level of detail he took in really checking how feasible this would be in our time frame and budget could not be compared with the other estimates we had. Our project was on schedule and on budget, and the entire process was so smooth thanks to Bill. He is honest, hardworking, accommodating, patient, and everything you could hope to have in your general contractor. He and his team take great pride in their work and treated our home and budget with care and respect. He helped us pick the right vendors to partner with and was extremely responsive and helpful before and during the process. We live in a condo and they made do with the space we had, but they were also very respectful of our community and shared space while doing anything outdoors. I appreciated that he came to check in daily even if he was not directly working on the renovation that day. His rates were competitive, his sub-contractors worked in a manner consistent with his quality, and his work is meticulous. When we had a scheduling issue with our counter installers (not coordinated through Bill), he made time to come do all the final steps for us so that we did not have to wait. The team was diligent in cleaning up and leaving our space as livable as it could be when they were done for the day which I really appreciated since I am home all the time now due to COVID. I would highly recommend Bill and his team and look forward to hiring them for any future work we need, I really canâ t say enough how happy we are and how beautiful our home looks! "Great , Bob explain step by step what he was doing . After going through a crawl space and finding it wasn’t going to work he explained how he was going to resolve the situation and make it work that he can reach the pipes and insulate the pipes correctly! All this was done in my laundry room . They cleaned up so nicely no dirt left behind ! I also ask if Bob could fix the trim on our garage door and the trim on the garage roof when ever he had time . At the end of the day he took the time to explain all the work he did started with the laundry room explaining details then took me outside and showed me they fixed the trim on the door and garage roof ! I’m very pleased and happy with the work . Bob and his team went above and beyond . Bob and the guys are very friendly and professional will definitely hire them back . "Matt and his team with MNB Renovations did a 32 x 24 addition that was basically a home build from the ground up. I am still surprised for the size of this project how stress free the process was. Matt was very detailed and checked in on everything to make sure we were getting what we wanted. In the end he asked us to make a list of anything that needed to be addressed and there was absolutely nothing to mention. They did a perfect job, the quality of the work is amazing, and the entire team was very nice, professional, and trustworthy! We had very weird closets in the room so they built a large walk in closet while keeping doors for the other closets so we still had storage. They installed a Mr. Slim heating/ac unit which works fantastic. They did all the painting and trim work for us as well. The did an amazing job. They had a key to our house and I never felt worried about them being in our house while we weren't home. They were there in our house alone for two weeks plus. Everything we wanted fixed they did without any issues. The best part there was absolutely NO PRESSURE! Corey gives you the most detailed estimate you will ever see and breaks the pricing down for possible add-ons. If you don't add them on no problem. He works with your budget. We are planning on putting a patio in and we'll definitely call them."
